Jaybee Industries was founded in 1981 with headquarters in Bathinda, Punjab. It runs four manufacturing units and serves more than 800 customers, with 3000+ MVA of annual capacity across 13+ transformer types.
Units II & III: Kirpalpur, Nalagarh
Village Kirpalpur, Baddi Road, Nalagarh, HP 174101. Power and distribution transformer production, including volume and specialised builds. Ships to Uttarakhand.
Ambala unit
A1–A3, Motiaz Industrial Sector, Raipurrani Narayangarh Road, Ambala, Haryana 134203. Also ships to Uttarakhand.
Unit I: Bathinda (HQ)
5 KM Stone, Malout Road, Bathinda, Punjab 151002. Core stamping and assembly.

- ISO 9001:2015 · BIS · BEE star labelling to IS 1180 · NABL-aligned testing
- Lloyds-UK, RITES, CPRI/ERDA and National Test House Ghaziabad. Approvals from Lloyds-UK, RITES, ERDA and CPRI date back to 1990
- 2017: amorphous-core production · 2021: BEE National Energy Conservation Award · 2023: first cast resin dry-type · 2026: first approved maker of cast resin dry-type
- Recognised as a Best Grade Qualified Enterprise by the Punjab Industries Department
- Installations include the War Memorial at India Gate and MES sites
